Ingredients Instructions
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 5 tbsp banana ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek (optional for spicy!)
  • olive oil
  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a wok on high heat.
  3. Toss all of the ingredients in the wok until the shrimp is cooked.
