- 1 lb shrimp
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 5 tbsp banana ketchup
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek (optional for spicy!)
- olive oil

- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a wok on high heat.
- Toss all of the ingredients in the wok until the shrimp is cooked.
